Both presenters reiterated that there are the results of the General Election to deal with first before they bid farewell to Virgin Media

Two Virgin Media hosts are set to leave the station this week. The station’s flagship political program, The Tonight Show, is set to bid farewell to its two presenters, Ciara Doherty and Claire Brock,

Ms Doherty has worked with Virgin Media for 14 years, working on the Ireland AM show before taking up a role presenting The Tonight Show in 2020. Ms Doherty and fellow presenter Claire Brock will both leave the show. “I’ve decided to move on from late nights and early mornings to begin a new adventure,” Ms Doherty said on Instagram.

Both presenters confirmed in separate statements that the Tonight Show election special will be their last appearances on the show.

Both presenters have shared the news that they will be departing the Tonight Show and Virgin Media at the end of this week, with their final programme to take place tomorrow
