XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports have already announced their third charter drivers for the 2025 season, but they could be headed for potential trouble.

NASCAR filed a motion in court on Monday asking for the dismissal of an antitrust lawsuit that accuses it of being "monopolistic bullies" that has not encouraged legitimate competition in racing.

23XI and Front Row filed an antitrust lawsuit in federal court on Oct. 2 in Charlotte, against NASCAR and chairman Jim France. They were the only two teams that refused to sign the final offer of the new charter agreement, and they’re hoping to increase the revenue and influence of the sport’s teams with this lawsuit.
