KU football’s season is officially over. Baylor defeated Kansas 45-17 on Saturday at McLane Stadium. The Jayhawks (5-7, 4-5 Big 12) remain winless against Baylor in Waco, now 0-11 all-time. The loss ends KU’s bid for a bowl game.

With the three toughest games on the schedule behind them, fans might think that the Jayhawks have all but wrapped bowl eligibility. But a trip to Waco to take on the Baylor Bears is the final test, and there is still plenty of reason to be worried about finishing off the regular season with a win.
