The Franklin Fire burning in Malibu, and near Pepperdine University, has grown to more than 4,000 acres with 20% containment. Thousand of people have been forced to evacuate.
Los Angeles County Deputy Fire Chief Eleni Pappas provided an update on structures that have been destroyed or damaged as a result of the Franklin Fire in Malibu.
