India’s antitrust body has turned down a request from Apple to put a hold on an investigation report that found the company breached competition laws, reports Reuters. This means the case will go forward.

The largest South Asian country, India, remains stern on its plans to pursue its antitrust case against Apple after turning down its request to investigate its anti-competitive behavior in the nation.

In November, Apple alleged the primary complainant in the antitrust case, the Indian non-profit Together We Fight Society (TWFS), had not complied with the directive to confirm that the old investigation reports were destroyed,
