The newly elected chairman of the ICC (International Cricket Council) is likely to hold a meeting with all the board members on December 5. However, the Champions Trophy 2025 is not the priority of the meeting.

According to a report by news agency PTI, the BCCI are currently a bit clueless as to who will replace Jay Shah as the BCCI secretary. There are names like BCCI joint secretary Devjit Saikia and Gujarat Cricket Association's Anil Patel in the mix,

Jay Shah took over as ICC Chairman from 01 December. He became the youngest chairman of the ICC. Jay Shah was earlier working as the Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
