Steph Curry is one of the hardest players in the NBA to guard, and very few players know that better than Nuggets guard Jamal Murray. Last night, as the Nuggets faced off against the Warriors, Murray had the difficult task of guarding Curry throughout the game.

Curry is listed as out for Wednesday night’s game against the Thunder at the Chase Center with bilateral patellofemoral pain in both knees. The medical jargon is also known as runner’s knee, and it means Curry is experiencing pain around or behind both kneecaps.

Curry, 36, practiced in full on Friday after missing Wednesday night’s game — a 105-101 loss to the Thunder. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said the team plans to list him as questionable for Saturday’s game in Phoenix, but the tea leaves point to Curry returning.
