Musician Drake alleges that Universal Music Group “conspired” to artificially boost Kendrick Lamar’s searing diss track “Not Like Us” on Spotify, according to a pre-action petition submitted to a New York court on Monday.

Drake is suing Universal Music Group, the record label that represents both him and Kendrick Lamar. Learn more about the lawsuit below.

If you haven't heard, Drake and Kendrick Lamar's feud has officially entered the courts as the Canadian rapper recently made filings against Spotify and Universal Music Group, claiming they "artificially inflate [d]" streams for Kendrick's "Not Like Us."

On Nov. 25, Drake's company Frozen Moments, LLC filed a petition against Universal Music Group, alleging it carried out "schemes" to "artificially inflate" the success of Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us" single.
