The Boy last week accused several music giants of defamation and illegally boosting the diss track's popularity.

Drake has begun legal action against Universal Music Group and Spotify, alleging they conspired to falsely pump up the popularity of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”

The petition states UMG conspired to boost the track despite knowing the song is "falsely accusing him of being a sex offender."

UMG says the allegations about "Not Like Us" - one of the biggest hits of the year - are "offensive and untrue."

In court documents obtained by The Post, Drake’s Frozen Moments LLC said that UMG — which distributes both rappers’ music — used “bots” to “artificially inflate” the song’s streams, which “deceived consumers” into thinking Lamar’s track was more popular than it was in reality.

Drake filed a petition alleging Universal Music “launched a campaign to manipulate and saturate the streaming services … in order to make that song go viral.”

Drake has taken legal action against Universal Music Group for the second straight day in his feud with fellow hip-hop superstar Kendrick Lamar.

According to Drake, “cease and desist is for h**s.” However, the Canadian rapper seemed not to heed his own advice. Kendrick and Drake’s battle of the blog era kings seemingly ended after Kendrick’s video for “Not Like Us” was released on the Fourth of July.
