Westbrook officers shoot and kill man after domestic disturbance call
WESTBROOK (WGME) - A Westbrook man is dead after officers shot him early Saturday morning. Westbrook Police responded to a domestic disturbance call at 36 Arlington Avenue around 3:30 a.m., after receiving a call that a man was hurting his mother inside the home. Police were told the man had mental illness.
