Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) seemingly agreed with President Biden’s decision to pardon his son Hunter Biden over the weekend, but took issue with the president’s prior vow to stay out of the matter.

Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala, said he would pardon his child if he was in the same position as President Biden but he criticized the president for backtracking on his previous position. The White House repeatedly said in the past that Biden would not pardon his son Hunter, who was facing criminal gun and tax charges.
