New Orleans stars to perform at Super Bowl pregame
November 28 - Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans next February will have a hometown feel before the game gets underway. Jon Batiste, Trombone Shorty, Lauren Daigle and Ledisi will perform pregame on Feb. 9, the NFL announced Thursday. All four artists are Louisiana natives.
Super Bowl LIX Pregame Entertainment announced with strong Louisiana flavor
Lauren Daigle is a Louisiana native and multiple Grammy, American Music and Billboard Music Award winner known for her powerful voice and chart-topping hits. Her 2018 album Look Up Child debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Top 200, making her the first female artist to reach the Top 10 on both the Pop and Christian Album charts simultaneously.
The star-studded schedule features Jon Batiste performing the national anthem, on Feb. 9 at the Caesars Superdome.
