Damola Adamolekun appointed CEO of Red Lobster after the sale was finalized for the RL Investor Holdings LLC to own the seafood restaurant chain in early September 2024. Red Lobster seafood chain announced Monday it was launching a weekday happy hour with new food and drinks. The happy hour is from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The promotion comes on the heels of the chain’s revamped menu introduction and is part of a rebuilding effort following its bankruptcy in May

In a recent press release, Red Lobster announced the launch of its happy hour menus at participating restaurants nationwide. Starting Monday, Dec. 2, diners can enjoy $5 drink specials and $2 off select starters every Monday through Friday from 3 p.
