Putin signals to Biden that the U.S. and NATO allies can be targeted by Russian missiles that are almost impossible to intercept and detect, whether they carry a nuclear warhead or not.

Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country will continue testing a new type of hypersonic missile called Oreshnik after using one against Ukraine. Putin claimed no one else possesses a similar weapon yet and that no technology is able to intercept the missile.
