A report commissioned by FIFA has concluded football’s governing body “has a responsibility” to compensate workers who suffered during the hosting of the 2022 Qatar World Cup. An unpublished report on the soccer governing body’s responsibility for migrant workers recommends that it should compensate those harmed.
