BALTIMORE - Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott will be sworn in on Tuesday for a rare second full term in office. Scott's inauguration ceremony will be at noon at the Murphy Fine Arts Center at Morgan State University. He will be the first Baltimore mayor to start a second term in 20 years.

The inauguration was a true celebration with music, dance and poetry. The mayor said a second term gives him the chance to continue working on what he started four years ago. Students from Morgan State University and Baltimore City Schools provided entertainment.

Brandon Scott on Tuesday will be inaugurated for a second term in office as the mayor of Baltimore. After his election win in November, Scott became the first Baltimore mayor to win reelection since 2004.
